 A nervous taxpayer was unhappily conversing with the IRS Tax auditor who had come to review his records. At one point the auditor exclaimed, “Mr. Carelton, we feel it is a great privilege to be allowed to live and work in the USA. As a citizen you have an obligation to pay taxes, and we expect you to eagerly pay them with a smile.” “Thank goodness,” returned Mr. Carelton, with a giant grin on his face, “I thought you were going to want me to pay with cash.”

After the tanks and the troops and the planes and the missiles rolled by there came ten men dressed in black. “Are they Spies?” Asked Gorby? “They are economists,” replies the KGB director, “imagine the havoc they will wreak when we set them loose on the Americans”

 

A wealthy investor walked into a bank and said to the bank manager, “I would like to speak with Mr. Reginald Jones, who I understand is a tried and trusted employee of yours.” The banker said, “Yes he certainly was trusted. And he will be tried as soon as we catch him.”
